Originally from Southern California, Yvonne moved to Utah with her husband, Shawn, and daughter, Becca, in the spring of 2001. She joined the staff of Brickyard Animal Hospital in 2002, for what she was certain would be a short stay before moving on with Shawn’s career in the US Navy. She was wrong.
After working as veterinary assistant and Lead Technician, she became Practice Manager in 2009 and does her best to keep the doctors and staff running smoothly.
When not working, and weather permitting, she can usually be found on the back of one of her three horses, Mojo, Steele and Freedom. When it is too hot to ride and too nice to stay inside, she can often be found with Shawn and their grandson, Stetson, boating and fishing on one of our local lakes.
Believing that pets are what make a house a home, the Morris Home includes three horses, two barn cats and three standard poodles named Mig, Tig, and Venus. “All creatures great and small…we welcome them all!”
Hannah Driggs graduated from Broadview University in 2015 with a degree in Veterinary Technology, beginning her career with Brickyard Animal Hospital as an intern before being officially hired as a technician. In 2018 Hannah was promoted to the title of Lead Tech where she worked diligently with the doctors and other techs to ensure that the clinic was run with efficiency and compassion. In 2021, in anticipation of starting a family of her own, Hannah decided to reduce her hours to a part time veterinary technician position where she continues to provide pets and owners with her kindness and compassion.
Whether at home or work Hannah has always believed there’s no greater joy than giving excellent care to animals. Accompanying her to work every day is Joanie Jett, a scruffy faced “wild child” of a dog rescued from the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey and her hearing impaired mini aussie named “Goose”. Alongside Joanie and Goose, Hannah and her husband Jose Perdomo give their love and care to their two cats Toby and Frisk, and their chinchillas Sophie and Pepper.
Jessica Mora has lived in Utah her entire life and has worked at Brickyard Animal Hospital since April of 2017. In July of 2021, Jess was promoted to the title of Lead Veterinary Technician where her strong leadership skills and determination to provide the highest quality patient care serve as a role model for her fellow technicians. Jess is always looking for new adventures with her fur baby Megan, who rarely leaves her mom’s side. Jess has a special place in her heart for Bully breeds, and along with Megan gives her love to Babbs and Dozer-it’s a trio of American Bullys!
Animals have always been a passion of Jess’, and she never envisions a life where she isn’t involved in their care. The sometimes sad and difficult moments of the veterinary career have always made her appreciate the wonderful pets who make it worthwhile. She loves her job and considers it her mission to be a means for the sick or hurt animals in our lives to receive the care they deserve.

We are making a slow transition back to in-person appointments with your furry family members. When visiting us for a scheduled appointment with one of our doctors, please remain in your vehicle and call our reception desk at 801-486-0123 upon arrival to check in. At that time, you will be asked if you prefer an in-person or curbside visit for your scheduled appointment. If you choose an in-person appointment we will have you remain in your vehicle until an exam room is available, then a technician will escort you and your pet into the building for your appointment. If you choose the curbside appointment option, we will have you remain in your vehicle, and a technician will escort your pet into the building for their appointment and you will be in contact with the doctor via cell phone to discuss the visit and answer any question you may have.
